These terms govern your use of Neeragan's products and services. Please read them carefully.

Key Terms

Service Agreement

By accessing Neeragan services, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. Enterprise customers may have additional contractual terms.

Acceptable Use

Use our services lawfully and ethically. Prohibited activities include abuse, unauthorized access, and violation of third-party rights.

Liability Limits

Services are provided "as is" with warranties limited to those in your service agreement. Liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

1. Service Access & Accounts

You must create an account to use Neeragan services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Accounts are non-transferable. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with service operation or other users
  • Use services to create, distribute, or detect content for malicious purposes
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary algorithms

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you submit to our services. You grant Neeragan a limited license to process your content solely to provide the requested services.

Neeragan retains all rights to our technology, algorithms, and service infrastructure. Our trademarks and branding may not be used without written permission.

4. Payment & Billing

Services are billed according to your selected plan. Usage-based charges are calculated monthly based on actual consumption. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new rates.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Enterprise SLAs are defined in separate agreements.

6. Data & Privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data only as necessary to provide services and never use customer data to train AI models.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties except those expressly stated in enterprise agreements. We do not warrant that services will be error-free or meet all requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neeragan's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using services and may request data export within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
